About Tim Kukla, Associate Broker

Hello, my name is Tim Kukla and I am a full time Professional Real Estate Affiliate Broker who lives and works in Tellico Village. I specialize in beautiful Lake and Golf communities in and around the Knoxville area. I work with Buyers from all areas of the United States to help them find exactly what they are looking for. I assist Sellers by using a modern marketing program utilizing all aspects of social media in order to market and sell their home.

As a Professional Realtor® and member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® I will do my best to work for your individual needs and concerns. With access to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and my website we can look at properties via the internet and understand the current market conditions in order to become successful in either buying or selling property. I have had a Real Estate License for many years and have personally bought and sold several properties for my own personal investments. I started and built a Surveying/Engineering Software & Instrumentation Sales and Training business which I was President of for close to 20 years.

I was born in the Chicago area but, lived in several great states in the USA from Texas to Hawaii before returning to Illinois and settling down in Naperville, Illinois where my wife Therese and I raised two beautiful children who graduated college in East Tennessee not far from our home.

Therese (my wife) and I are involved in several clubs in Tellico Village. We have several visitors from the Midwest and Florida and we play host to many Social and Lakefront events.
